Made this template to figure out layout/page numbers/index and to give to the printer as a resource for special page inserts.
with page inserts sometimes it can get confusing just adding blank pages into indesign but this way you can see everything.
Wanted to share this in case it came in hand for others - plus its easy to edit if you book is larger or smaller.
